We schedule City cleans in the windows that work for your building: 5-7am pre-arrival, 7-10pm post-departure, or weekends for deeper rotations. Our team is inducted to the major managed-office providers around Bank, Moorgate, Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Cannon Street, so we can usually start work within a week of contract sign-off rather than waiting for fresh inductions.

Day-to-day scope covers desks (without disturbing personal items), keyboards and screens (with screen-safe products), kitchens including fridge schedules and dishwasher loading, washrooms with managed consumables, meeting rooms reset between sessions, and reception touch-points kept spotless during business hours where required. Listed-building tenants get heritage-safe pH-neutral products on original tile, marble, brass and timber.

Pricing is £30/hr with a £60 minimum call-out, fully transparent and flexible — no long tie-in, 30 days' notice to cancel. Consumables (soap, paper, bin liners) are managed at cost and invoiced through. Our cleaners are uniformed, right-to-work checked and DBS-cleared where the client requires it.
