Our Shoreditch turnaround team works to the same checklist Superhosts in E1 and E2 already use: surfaces dust-free, mirrors and glass streak-free, kettle and toaster wiped, fridge interior cleared and wiped, oven check, bin emptied, bathroom fully sanitised with fresh towels staged, beds made to hotel standard with hospital corners and a sharp pillow line. We restock essentials (toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper) to a per-property checklist you control.

Linen is optional: we can launder your own stock between guests, or supply hotel-grade hire linen on a rotating basis if you'd rather not manage laundry yourself. Either way, the bed and bathroom presentation is consistent across every stay — which is what reviews are made of.

We send a damage and restock report after every clean with photos of anything unusual so you can claim through Airbnb's resolution centre quickly. Pricing is £30/hr with a £60 minimum — no per-night platform mark-up. A typical 1-bedroom Shoreditch flat turnaround takes 1.5-2 hours, a 2-bedroom 2.5-3 hours.
